Hello, Hare Krishna. My name is Babhru Dasa and I have been a practitioner of Gaudiya Vaishnavism since 2011. I first came into contact with Krishna and started reading “Bhagavad-Gita As It Is” in December 2010. I met my Diksa-guru (Initiating Guru), His Holiness Sripad Bhakti Vikasa Swami Maharaja in April 2012 and formally took initiation from him in September 2012. In his association, I traveled in India and learned many things that I am deeply thankful for.
By good fortune, I came into the association of my most revered Siksa-guru Sri Srimad Bhaktivedanta Tripurari Maharaja in 2015. Whatever I have learned, and whatever good things can be found in my writing, is all due to his mercy.
I am based in Asheville North Carolina and every day consists of engaging in sadhana-bhajan, relishing the bliss of hari-katha in association with like-minded devotees, and trying to distribute some transcendental wealth to others.
I have created this website in order to bring to light some important points for discussion amongst people already situated in the practice of Krsna-Consciousness as well as those who may be interested in learning about spiritual life in general. By discussing and conversing with one another we can all grow as a world-wide spiritual community.
I hope the readers can forgive me for not being perfect. I am simply trying to present the science of Krsna-bhakti as given by the Brahma-madhva-gaudiya sampradaya (lineage.) If there is any error or discrepancy, it is simply due to my insufficient intellect and realization as an aspiring gaudiya vaishnava. Always praying for your mercy and blessings.
